Hands of Joy International is guided by a volunteer board of directors and a leadership team responsible for programs, safeguarding and finance.
Hands of Joy International is governed by its Board of Directors and committed to responsible oversight, youth safeguarding, and sound financial stewardship. Governance policies and public-facing documents will be published as they are formally approved and appropriate for public access. Before working directly with youth, mentors and volunteers will be required to complete applicable screening and training.
Board and leadership profiles are published as members complete their onboarding and consent to public listing.

Hands of Joy International is currently pursuing federal 501(c)(3) recognition. Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible at this time. This page is updated promptly if the organization's federal tax status changes.
Governance and financial documents are published when they are finalized and appropriate for public access. Funders and partners can request the records currently available for due diligence.
